DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT


LAUCORP can provide project and development management services through an investment arrangement. We can enter into an agreement to manage the delivery of an external project from inception through to delivery or, if the project is floundering, we can work with stakeholders to either complete the project or look at other options to minimise losses.
